teens in transition

This program is a specialized Group Residential home designed to promote independent living skills. Programming is oriented to assist young adult males in preparation for building life skills needed to live on their own. The Teens In Transition program is geared toward young adult males (ages 16 - age of majority) who would benefit from a structured, home style transitional setting before living independently. With the assistance of professional staff members, each individual accepted into the program develops a treatment plan. This plan outlines the individual goals he hopes to achieve and a time frame for the achievement of those goals. The time frame for goal achievement is individualized to meet the needs and abilities of each person.
